Teatime, 1891
One of a kind, porcelain, painted eyes, 16 inches. Inspired by a tea gown designed by the House of Worth in 1891 and featured in "Harper's Bazar". It was heralded for its simplicity and was quite different from other designs of the period. Silk and silk velvet with vintage lace and hand made tatting at the neckline, suede slippers with high heels.
